高二英语作文：An Un Forgettable Day

It was the 8th day of the lunar new year. Some students in our class went to school, and we did a very meaningful thing—cleaning our school.

Having made sure that everyone has arrived, we had a simple meeting about the things we should do that afternoon. We started to work after dividing ourselves into three groups, a group sweeping the fallen leaves on the ground, a group taking the garbage to the garbage heap .,and the other group cleaning the thick cover of grass. We were working hard and we did all our work with enjoyment. It took us about an hour and a half to finish the work. Although we were exhausted, we were satisfied, not only for the clean and beautiful school we have, but also for what we have done.

It was an unforgettable day. Though it was only a practice activity, we have decided to do more things for our school.
