高一英语作文：My Holiday Life —Hoe the Weeds

Nowadays, I always sleep and eat all day. It’s not a good habit, maybe I should do some exercise.

So I want to the fields with my father to enjoy nature. When we arrived, father began to plant some new peach trees, and he let me hoe the weeds for the old ones. I haven’t been outdoors for so long, so it was a little hard for me, but I was glad to accept challenges. First, I drew a circle around every tree, then picked the weeds and threw them away. Finally, I recovered the soil. It looked easy but actually a little difficult when I did so.

Seeing the weeds were one after another thrown away, I was deep in thought, is it right to hoe the weeds in order to give the trees a better growing environment? Weeds are also lives, but there is no other way.

Life is also like this. Sometimes we must face choices. At that moment, we should make it clear what to choose .We should think twice when we make a decision. Sometimes it is necessary to sacrifice something in order to achieve your goal.
